Zeenah is a family-owned brand, born out of a very personal struggle and a shared dream between a brother and sister.

It started when my sister wanted to join the gym. Like countless Pakistani women, she was excited to move, to train, to feel strong. But she held back, not because of a lack of motivation, but because of fear. Fear of being stared at. Fear of not being covered enough. Fear of compromising her values for the sake of fitness.

That’s when we both realized: Why should modesty hold anyone back from becoming the strongest version of themselves?

We looked around and saw the same story repeating. So many women choose to skip the gym, avoid sports, or layer uncomfortable clothes just to feel “safe.” There was no real solution that respected their religious values and gave them the freedom to move.

So, we decided to do something about it.
